Handling technical interference resolution **Position Description** ------------------------ We are seeking a **Mechanical Engineer with experience in executing metal structure construction projects**, responsible for the technical coordination of assembly activities, ensuring compliance with the execution project and calculation reports, and guaranteeing adherence to schedules, costs, and quality standards. The professional will work directly on-site, leading teams, supervising services, and ensuring that execution aligns with technical and safety standards. **Main Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Supervise and inspect on-site assembly of metal structures * Ensure compliance with execution drawings and calculation reports * Coordinate in-house and subcontracted teams * Control physical construction schedule * Monitor execution quality and welding standards * Validate alignment, plumbness, and leveling of structures * Supervise material receipt and verification * Control productivity and measurement of completed works * Prepare technical progress reports * Handle technical interference resolution on-site * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations **Mandatory Requirements** --------------------------- * Degree in Mechanical Engineering * Active CREA registration * Proven experience in executing construction projects involving metal structures * Experience working in construction sites * Proficiency in reading and interpreting structural drawings * Knowledge of applicable technical standards (ABNT, NRs) **Preferred Qualifications** ------------------------ * Experience in industrial construction projects * Knowledge of structural welding and inspection * Experience managing assembly teams * Familiarity with construction planning and control **Behavioral Competencies** -------------------------------- * Leadership * Problem-solving orientation * Organization * Effective communication with operational teams * Ability to make decisions on-site Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
