





Carry out activities related to receiving, inspection, storage, control, dispatch, and customer service for materials, in accordance with company standards and procedures. Record material inflows and outflows. Operate self-propelled material handling equipment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform loading and unloading of materials from trucks, verifying their entry and exit against invoices and purchase orders, followed by proper organization in designated storage locations; * Perform loading and unloading of locomotive maintenance materials, as well as operate vehicles (Pick-up) between depots/warehouses to transport locomotive maintenance parts; * Receive, store, and handle materials using equipment that does not require specific training for operation—such as manual pallet jacks and platform trucks—as well as equipment requiring specialized training—for example, forklifts, overhead cranes, electric pallet jacks, among others; * Carry out tasks related to storage, arrangement, preservation, and cleaning of materials and the warehouse; * Serve customers at the warehouse counter, receiving requisitions and delivering requested materials; * Conduct physical inventory counts to ensure stock item accuracy; * Issue outgoing material invoices; * Sort materials for return and forward related documentation to initiate required procedures; * Check for expired items, monitor expiration dates, and notify the warehouse operator when validity is nearing expiration; * Record material issue transactions in the system; * Control and inspect materials delivered by suppliers, verifying fiscal documents against purchase orders to ensure compliance with quality, quantity, and specification requirements; * Organize material storage in appropriate locations to preserve physical integrity and usability according to each material’s characteristics, facilitating location and handling; * Receive, issue, and file material movement documentation; * Perform equipment inspection, operation, and maintenance checklists; * Issue material requisitions based on reviewing records of material inflows and outflows; * Receive returned supplies and inspect them for discrepancies to meet requesters’ actual needs efficiently and with quality; * Maintain up-to-date computerized material management systems by recording material inflows and outflows. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Driver’s license (Class B); * Forklift Operator Training Certificate; * NR-11 and NR-12 certifications; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
