Perform sterilization and decontamination of materials 12\. Carry out preventive maintenance of equipment 13\. Control inventory levels of strain families, culture media, reagents, and glassware 14\. Perform required microbiological validations 15\. Confirm labeled sensitivity of reagents 16\. Count viable spores in biological indicators 17\.
