**SALARY + HAZARDOUS DUTY ALLOWANCE** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Nursing. * Minimum 6 months’ experience as a Nursing Student or in nursing supervision. * Proficiency in computer applications and integrated health systems (electronic health records). **Responsibilities:** * Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, prescribe and document nursing care plans, administer therapies (including blood components and chemotherapy), and implement clinical care protocols. Perform complex wound dressings, manage risks, respond to emergencies, and monitor diagnostic tests and procedures. Supervise nursing staff, train healthcare professionals, manage supplies and equipment, and ensure orderly execution of departmental routines. Prepare reports, report adverse events, monitor performance indicators, and ensure continuity of care during patient transfers. Collaborate with unit coordination in shift management and provide support for administrative tasks. **Work Schedule:** 12-hour shifts (12x36), from 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
