





We are seeking a Junior Labor Attorney to work remotely in a well-structured law firm with close mentoring and supervision from the senior team. The candidate will be responsible for drafting legal documents, organizing case files, updating legal databases, and supporting labor litigation matters. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, disciplined, and highly detail-oriented. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Drafting labor procedural documents (petitions, defenses, appeals, motions). * Managing and updating the Astrea legal database system. * Organizing documents, deadlines, case progress updates, and digital files. * Occasional participation in hearings and oral arguments. * Client and witness communication, as required. * Daily support for labor litigation matters under guidance from senior attorneys. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) in Labor Law—passed the second stage of the bar exam; * Up to two years since graduation (recent graduate/junior profile); * Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Meet, etc.) and WhatsApp Business; * Strong organizational skills, excellent written communication, and willingness to learn; * Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., under an associate (PJ) arrangement.
