Responsibilities and Duties: * Identify and analyze technical, operational, occupational, environmental, and schedule-related risks in decarbonization projects, in collaboration with project stakeholders; * Develop risk matrices and risk registers, clearly defining causes, consequences, and necessary controls; * Support the development of mitigation measures and monitor their implementation together with responsible teams; * Assist in feasibility studies and decision-making, objectively translating risks and uncertainties; * Lead technical meetings and discussions with project stakeholders; * \* Continuously monitor risks, controls, and proposed actions throughout project execution, updating status and proposing adjustments when necessary; * Actively participate in field activities for project monitoring; * Contribute to standardizing risk management methods, tools, and practices within the area; * Prepare executive reports and presentations providing a clear view of key risks and recommendations. Requirements: * Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Production, Chemical, Environmental, Safety or related fields); * Experience in risk management applied to industrial or engineering projects; * Knowledge of risk analysis methodologies (JSA, What\-if, HAZOP, Bow\-Tie, Consequence Analysis); * Ability to assess technologies and processes, identifying impacts on safety, operations, and performance; * Skill in leading technical discussions and working with multidisciplinary teams; * Ability to clearly and objectively communicate risks and uncertainties to diverse audiences; * Familiarity with tools for risk recording and tracking; * Willingness to travel; * Intermediate English; * Strong teamwork capability, collaborative attitude, and ease in engaging with multiple stakeholders; * Commitment to results, sense of responsibility, and owner\-like mindset toward tasks; * Proactivity in identifying problems and developing solutions; * Consistent preventive attitude and commitment to the safety of people, assets, and processes.
