Come revolutionize education with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** OKR \- Manage, track, and report departmental OKRs Action Plan \- Monitor actions and update the Action Plan for audits conducted by the Audit and Compliance Department Procedures \- Create, develop, request validation for, and publish standards and procedures for both departments Act as facilitator, multiplier, and focal point for matters related to the Procurement Portal and the Corporate Travel Management System (Paytrack) Participate in periodic meetings with Facilities, GG, IT, GP, and Operations teams to address recurring/routine demands and execute short-, medium-, and long-term projects Audits \- Conduct audits on the procurement team’s processes to verify compliance with NAGS and identify potential deviations and/or breaches of current procedures Contracts \- Monitor contract validity and notify managers when contracts are nearing expiration Deliver training to requesters regarding questions about SC issuance, OC approval tracking, and delivery follow-up Perform weekly follow-up on pending SCs awaiting buyer handling and request status updates on actions Conduct market research on best practices in the education sector that directly or indirectly impact the Procurement area Periodically evaluate suppliers and service providers quantitatively and qualitatively Publish periodic "Knowledge Pills" containing relevant information on existing standards, budgetary control, corporate contracts, among others Serve as the communication liaison between Procurement and newly created departments: Engineering and Warehousing Indicators \- Finalize monthly indicators for the Procurement and Corporate Travel departments Training \- Deliver internal training on departmental policies **Requirements and Qualifications** Specific Knowledge \- Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, RM TOTVS system, Quality Management Systems), familiarity with NR10 and NR35 regulations and environments, Quality (ISO 9001:2008), processes and results. **Additional Information** Health insurance Dental insurance Life insurance Meal and food allowance on the same card Breakfast or afternoon snack at physical locations Transportation allowance Total Pass and Wellhub (access to gyms and wellness services) Birthday day off Corporate University Pregnancy support program Psychological, legal, financial, and social counseling program Wedding gift Duo Gourmet Bernoulli Benefits Club: access to a network of partnerships offering discounts on undergraduate and graduate courses, electricity bills, language courses, and more — for you and your family Mothers working under hybrid arrangements are fully remote from the 6th month of pregnancy until the child’s first birthday Fathers working under hybrid arrangements are fully remote from birth until the child’s sixth month Data protection changes everything During the candidate selection process for our job openings, we will use the personal data you registered on the Gupy platform.
