We are seeking a **Process Specialist** to strategically structure and consolidate the Data area, supporting business decisions across Credit, Risk, Product, and Operations. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Evaluate and validate decisions impacting customer experience and operational efficiency. * Intervene, adjust, or block initiatives with identified risks or unmitigated impacts. * Review and redesign critical processes to enhance predictability and control. * Facilitate cross-functional alignment, ensuring clarity of responsibilities. * Ensure execution and follow-up of defined improvements. ### **Requirements** **Education** Production Engineering, Administration, Process Management, Economics, Project Management, or related fields. **Experience** * Prior experience in mapping, reviewing, and implementing operational processes. * Experience in areas responsible for decision-making and governance (Operations, CX Ops, PMO, Process Management, or similar). * Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple departments. * History of operating in exceptional, high-risk, or situations requiring firm positioning. * Experience tracking action plans to resolution and stabilization of key metrics. ### **Technical Skills** * Structured process mapping and redesign. * Definition of workflows, decision criteria, and control points. * Rigorous management and follow-up of action plans. * Systemic view of operations and impact on customer experience. * Prioritization based on risk, impact, and criticality. ### **Behavioral Skills** * Firm posture and confidence in decision-making. * Sense of urgency combined with technical accountability. * Ability to coordinate and influence across functions. * Resilience to handle conflicts and pressure. * Solution- and execution-oriented mindset. **Want to know what awaits you at CredAluga?
