Job Summary: Professional responsible for evaluating, planning, developing, and executing preventive and corrective maintenance projects, aiming to optimize and ensure excellence in services. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance * Description Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the conditions required for maintenance, studying project documents and examining equipment characteristics to determine the optimal work plan; Consult other specialists such as engineers, exchanging information regarding the work to be performed to decide on technical and aesthetic requirements related to maintenance and services; Develop maintenance service projects, specifying types and quality of materials, equipment, and labor required, and preparing cost estimates for review and approval by the Client; Prepare work schedules, drafting layouts, sketches, timelines, and other supporting documentation as necessary to guide and supervise maintenance execution; Perform maintenance tasks as work progresses to ensure adherence to timelines and to recommended quality and safety standards; Carry out all routine preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical equipment installed in buildings covered by the contract, as well as installation of HVAC&R equipment and systems; Conduct studies aimed at improving service execution, guiding supervisors toward greater efficiency and excellence; * Requirements: Completed technical course in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration, Electrotechnics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or related fields. * Benefits: Food Basket (VA); Christmas Basket; Breakfast + Afternoon Snack.
