Cutting, washing, sorting, selecting vegetables, meats, grains, onions, garlic, tomatoes; boiling water; selecting food items; draining; cooking; seasoning; and tasting. Ensuring sanitation of the workplace, equipment, and utensils, as well as storing food supplies according to good hygiene practices.
