We offer Remote Concierge Services, ensuring condominium protection through solutions designed to enhance residents’ safety. As a franchisor, Porter’s mission is to provide guidelines to our franchises across Brazil—nine of which are flagship units (company-owned franchises), also known as Model Units. Our flagship units primarily handle: sales of our solutions; installation, maintenance, and support of all equipment; and relationship management with condominium syndics and residents. Remote concierge services are delivered from our Customer Support Center. **YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:** * Assisting with IT department routines; * Supporting equipment and system maintenance; * Assisting in controlling and organizing IT equipment; * Monitoring technical service requests and internal demands; * Performing other duties relevant to the position. **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Currently enrolled in at least the 7th grade of elementary school, or duly enrolled in—or having completed—high school; * Individuals without formal employment registration in their work record (CTPS). **WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU JOIN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD?** * Transportation allowance, as needed. * Training stipend of R$757.00\. **WORK SCHEDULE AND LOCATION:** * On-site work in Estoril, Belo Horizonte; * 20 hours per week \- 4 hours per day \| morning shift; **OUR SELECTION PROCESS BEGINS AT THE MOMENT YOU APPLY!
