




Job Summary: The Process Operator – Compounding will be responsible for preparing cosmetic formulations, operating equipment, and maintaining the production area in an organized manner, in compliance with safety and quality standards. To continue writing this success story, we want you on our team! We are seeking a Process Operator – Compounding to join our Compounding Department. Main Responsibilities: * Prepare cosmetic formulations (creams, lotions, serums, gels, soaps, etc.) according to established formulas and technical procedures; * Operate reactors and mixers, adjusting temperature, agitation, and time as instructed; * Organize and sanitize the compounding area before, during, and after production; * Complete production and control records on physical or digital forms, ensuring traceability and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); * Perform simple pH and viscosity tests, where applicable; * Strictly follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and internal hygiene, safety, and quality standards; * Keep utensils and equipment organized, preserving the integrity of compounded formulations; * Report irregularities or technical failures to the production manager or supervisor. Required Qualifications: * Prior experience in compounding cosmetics (creams, lotions, gels, serums, etc.); * Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail; * Commitment to safety standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); * Ability to work effectively in a team and strong communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: * Prior experience in a cosmetic laboratory or compounding pharmacy; * Basic knowledge of quality control (pH, viscosity, appearance); * Familiarity with equipment cleaning and sanitization; * Experience completing production worksheets and control records; * Proactivity in suggesting process improvements and departmental organization.
