**? Position: Drive Master \| Driver Development and Operational Performance** We are looking for a **Drive Master** to join our team and make a difference in our operational performance. If you are passionate about people development, road safety, and delivering results, this opportunity is for you! Here, you will take the lead in training Driver Instructors, directly improving operational KPIs and promoting safer, more economical, and more efficient driving. **? Your role on the team:** * Be the technical reference for **km/L** metrics, acting as the true **"Telematics Owner"** * Ensure implementation of the three pillars: **Economy, Safety, and Maintenance** * Deliver theoretical and practical training on **defensive and safe driving** * Analyze performance indicators and propose strategic actions for improvement * Support the development of Instructors, leaders, and operational teams * Conduct **on-site** monitoring of operations and fleet * Promote best practices and road safety culture * Validate the effectiveness of actions through indicators and results **? What we’re looking for:** * Experience as a **Driver Instructor** or in related areas * Valid Brazilian driver’s license category **D or E** * Solid knowledge of the **Brazilian Traffic Code (CTB)** * Experience with **team training and development** * Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and results orientation * Availability for travel **✨ Bonus qualifications:** * Experience with **telematics** * Knowledge of **economical and preventive driving** * Experience in training drivers and instructors **?
