Opportunities for continuous professional development Responsible for reactivating inactive providers from the registered database, performing sanitation and registration updates to ensure that the provider network accurately reflects available and operational professionals. **Responsibilities:** * Contact inactive providers, identify reasons for inactivity, and negotiate their return to the network where applicable; * Validate providers' existence, availability, and operational status; * Reactivate qualified providers and permanently deactivate those no longer operational; Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Experience in customer service, collections, or database reactivation; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills and ability to record and track information. **Desirable Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree; * Experience with remote work (phone and WhatsApp); * Commercial profile with negotiation skills; * Basic geographical knowledge (to be developed during onboarding).
