Responsibilities: * Support the identification of non-conformities, recording of incidents, and follow-up on corrective actions. * Organize quality data and controls in spreadsheets related to tests, mix designs, and concrete placements; * Assist in preparing and analyzing technical reports, KPIs, and management reports; * Support internal and external audits by organizing documents, records, and evidence; * Provide support in monitoring technological tests and quality control activities; * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, process mapping, and internal training. Requirements: * Currently enrolled in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields, from the second year onward; * Basic knowledge of Excel.
