We are looking for a **Senior Systems Analyst** to join our team located in the Cruzeiro neighborhood of Belo Horizonte. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the Institution's Hospital Management systems, including planning, creation, development, and documentation of routines and processes, aligning workflows with system functionalities. Directly involved in application configuration and customization, providing solutions for processes across various departments of the Institution. Provides high-level support to administrative departments and healthcare units of Grupo Neocenter. Configures and installs computer resources and systems, actively participating in the implementation of departmental automated processes from conception through team training. * Align processes with Hospital Management tools; * Maintain confidentiality and security of institutional data according to Information Security policies; * Work on development and analysis of processes related to Hospital Management systems; * Lead and monitor system development projects and implementations, using necessary tools to perform the function; * Assist in identifying gaps between departmental processes and systems, aligning demands and resources for efficient, low-cost, and timely implementation; * Propose strategies and seek key solutions for continuous improvement; Working hours: 07:00 to 17:00 or 08:00 to 18:00 (Monday to Friday) **Work model: 100% onsite in Belo Horizonte.** Job type: Full-time, Permanent CLT contract Salary: starting at BRL 10,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Food allowance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Preferred) Experience: * Minimum of 5 years (Mandatory) * ERP Soul MV (Mandatory) * Hospital sector experience (Mandatory)
