In addition to being our customer, you now have the chance to join our team! **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Ensure compliance with technical packaging requirements during the development and monitoring stages of Private Label products. Act as an innovation agent and driver of continuous improvement; analyze and propose solutions for projects. * Technical planning for product development. Conduct research on packaging structure and design. Recommend suppliers of bottles/films/caps/labels, etc., based on quality. Participate in project briefings. Focus on medium- and high-complexity projects. * Serve as the main contact with the packaging agency, requesting label creation and ensuring compliance with technical standards and the Packaging Guide (graphic guidelines). * Propose creative label layouts aligned with category customers’ needs. * Monitor product quality. Verify compliance with packaging technical specifications. Take corrective action in case of deviations. * Schedule and organize Technical Analyses—define testing methodology according to packaging type. * Handle incidents/deviations. Plan immediate corrective actions jointly with the Quality team, identify root causes, and implement corrective/preventive actions. * Evaluate first production runs—receive and assess samples from initial manufacturing of new products or renewals. * Stay updated on trends in packaging materials, communication/labeling. * Sustainability applied to packaging, logistics, and supply chain, including basic concepts of circular economy. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree: Engineering (Production, Materials, Chemical), Product Design, Business Administration with Marketing emphasis, or related fields. * Prior knowledge/experience in: **P****rinting processes** (primarily plastic, paper, aluminum; glass and metal desirable) and their cost and feasibility implications. * **M****anufacturing processes** (plastic, paper, glass, metal) and their cost and feasibility implications. **Q****uality, compatibility, safety/performance tests** for packaging. **ADDITIONAL ASSETS:** * Prior experience in packaging development projects for consumer goods. * Experience working with retail private/exclusive brands is desirable. * Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams (marketing, sales, quality, suppliers). **T****ype of contract:** CLT; **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 a.m. to 5:48 p.m. (**Fully in-person work**, with flexible hours); **Workplace:** Headquarters—Vila Leopoldina (near Parque Vila Lobos / Vila Lobos-Jaguaré Station).
