Support the sales team and ensure organizational order **JOB DESCRIPTION:** * Greet patients with friendliness and professionalism; * Manage appointments, confirmations, and walk-in scheduling; * Organize and direct patient flow within the clinic; * Support the sales team with information and pre- and post-service assistance; * Maintain organization of the reception area; * Update spreadsheets, internal systems, and the clinic's WhatsApp. **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with a two-hour break; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. **EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:** * Completed high school.
