**DESCRIPTION:** The professional will be responsible for assembling, testing, preventive and predictive maintenance of electronic circuits and systems, as well as performing repairs and adjustments on electronic and mechanical systems, ensuring proper equipment operation. We are looking for a talented individual to fill our in-store sales consultant position. Your responsibilities will be: Directly serving the customer; Guiding customers on product and/or service specifications; Meeting sales targets, performing product demonstrations, trials, and sales of products and services. Focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty, aiming to provide experiences that evoke feelings of beauty and differentiated service. Conducting sales and providing service according to O Boticário's customer service model across all available channels (digital and in-person). Working on store performance drivers and indicators; Customer retention through after-sales follow-up, keeping them informed about promotions and new launches; Monitoring and achieving company-established targets. Participating in events held inside or outside the store that contribute to sales results; · Keeping product sections, shelves, and displays clean and organized (following FIFO or PEPS—first in, first out), checking product expiration dates. Participating periodically in inventory counts. Participating in Live Commerce sessions. Maintaining store communications (visual merchandising/window displays) and planograms according to franchise guidelines, ensuring correct product pricing; Staying informed about communications from the franchisor (Operations Manual, portals, extranet, magazines, guides, etc); Attending in-person or extranet-based training sessions as directed by management or the Franchise Group administration.
