Visit www.sabin.com.br or follow our official social media channels: LinkedIn Sabin Medicina Diagnóstica \| Instagram @sabinmedicinadiagnostica \| Facebook Sabin Medicina Diagnóstica \| **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan and manage team work, defining work routines, customer engagement techniques, and strategies to meet goals and deadlines. * Supervise all administrative routines of the team, including courier services, messengers, transportation, notary services, cleaning, third-party contractors, equipment maintenance, furniture, facilities, etc. * Be accountable for team goals and results, developing advancement plans and continuous improvement initiatives. * Monitor area-specific KPIs, performing dashboard tracking and indicator control spreadsheets. * Plan and develop new projects, where applicable. * Share knowledge, information, and goals across the entire team. * Manage unit-level financial activities. * Maintain relationships with customers, the market, and physicians. * Conduct local market mapping and establish partnerships with companies focused on customer acquisition and retention. * Manage organizational climate within the team, providing employees with a healthy, productive work environment and delivering respectful feedback. * Report cases of underperformance to HR management. * Develop new leaders and conduct dismissals jointly with HR, where applicable. * Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations by the team. * Propose continuous improvement actions. * Supervise payer source rules, fee schedules, and system information related to patient care. Supervise guide verification. Analyze reasons for claim denials. Conduct training related to customer service processes. Supervise and monitor implementation and execution of standardized processes within the quality management system. Participate in internal and external audits.
