If you identify with our purpose, shall we together imagine a future and engineer it? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Summary Description:** Ensure the execution and outcomes of engineering projects under your responsibility, detailing the project plan per alignment with responsible professionals, acting as liaison with stakeholders, and monitoring activities across various disciplines to contribute to contract fulfillment within specifications agreed upon with the client. **Detailed Description:** * Lead and monitor all phases of the FEL process (FEL 1, FEL 2, and FEL 3\), ensuring technical quality, timelines, and costs. * Prepare, review, and consolidate documentation required for FEL gate approvals, ensuring adherence to internal standards and governance requirements. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external suppliers, promoting integration among engineering, operations, procurement, finance, and other involved areas. * Monitor project performance indicators, proposing corrective and preventive actions. * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards throughout all project phases. * Plan and define project scopes, coordinating technical and economic feasibility studies. * Manage schedules, costs, risks, and quality, ensuring on-time and on-budget deliveries. * Support investment approval decisions, focusing on resource optimization and business value generation. * Implement governance and compliance practices, ensuring sustainability and corporate responsibility. Contribute to the efficient execution of multidisciplinary and baseload projects aligned with organizational strategic goals. * **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; * Proven experience in capital project (CapEx) management within industrial environments \- Mining experience is a plus; * Advanced knowledge of FEL methodologies and project portfolio management. * Ability to develop business cases, executive reports, and technical documentation for investment approvals; * Intermediate proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera); * Leadership capability in complex and multidisciplinary environments; * Strategic vision to align capital investments with the organization’s long-term goals; * Strong communication and negotiation skills, facilitating integration between internal and external stakeholders; * Focus on operational excellence, innovation, and value generation; * Strategic perspective on engineering; * Good people management skills. **You Stand Out If You Have:** * Fluent English; * Basic knowledge of Mining Industries; * Advanced knowledge of MS Project and Primavera P6; * MBA in Project Management or related fields. **Additional Information** **Job Characteristics:** * Employment Type: Regular Office (On-site) * Work Location: Poços de Caldas\-MG * Working Hours: 8 AM \- 5 PM **Benefits Included in This Position:** * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance * TotalPass Membership Discounts and partnerships with various educational institutions * At Timenow, we believe in the power of ideas — and even more so, in the ability to turn them into reality.
