If this resonates with you, apply now and get to know us better! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Reconcile and compare the company’s current account data with bank statements to verify posted entries, and if necessary, report irregularities to the bank; * Ensure daily bank reconciliation to support preparation of the actual cash flow statement, by monitoring and verifying receipts, payments, and analyzing documents; * Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions; * Record entries in ERP and current account for proper payment processing; * Generate supporting reports so the Management team can approve and review scheduled bank payments; * Provide financial documentation to the Accounting department to perform appropriate journal entries; * Perform bank reconciliation and analysis of pending items, identifying discrepancies, proposing adjustments, and tracking resolution; **Requirements and Qualifications** Academic background: * Pursuing a degree in Accounting Sciences / Business Administration / Economics / Finance or related fields. Experience: * Preferred: 6 months’ experience in the role, especially in financial routines.
