




The Fleet Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and ensuring the smooth operation of the company’s fleet, guaranteeing vehicle availability, safety, proper maintenance, and compliance with operational standards. This role directly involves planning, cost control, driver management, and continuous improvement of transportation processes. **Key Responsibilities:** · Supervise the vehicle fleet, ensuring proper operation and operational availability. · Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance. · Manage vehicle documentation (registration, insurance, traffic fines, inspections). · Monitor fuel consumption and propose cost-reduction initiatives. · Manage drivers: scheduling, routing, performance, and compliance with regulations. · Monitor tracking and telematics systems, analyzing performance indicators. · Manage contracts with repair shops, suppliers, and service providers. · Prepare performance, cost, and fleet utilization reports. · Ensure compliance with traffic regulations, safety standards, and internal policies. **Requirements:** · Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; · Experience in fleet management, automotive maintenance, or transportation. · Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with tracking systems (preferred). · Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fleet management systems. **Working Hours:** · Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM; Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (44 hours per week) **Benefits:** · Salary negotiable; · Meal allowance; · Food basket; · Transportation allowance; Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2,000.00 – R$3,500.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
