The **Seres Group**, in partnership with a **multinational automotive industry company**, is seeking a **Senior Payroll Analyst** for a temporary position at the facility located in **Resende/RJ**. ### **Academic Qualifications** * Completed bachelor's degree in **Business Administration**, **Human Resources**, **Accounting Sciences**, **Economics**, or related fields. * **Postgraduate degree** or specialization in **HR Management**, **Labor Law**, or related areas is desirable. ### **Professional Experience** * Solid experience in **all payroll processes**, preferably in medium to large companies. * **Proven experience with the ADP system** (mandatory). * Expertise in: * Calculation of **terminations** and **vacations**; * **Review of allowances**, entries, and monthly closing; * **Work schedule and electronic timekeeping control** (parameter analysis, calculation, and closing); * **Labor charges**: INSS, FGTS, IRRF, union dues, payroll-deducted loans, alimony payments, etc.; * **Management of ancillary obligations** via **eSocial** (periodic and non-periodic events); * Participation in **labor audits** and support during **inspections**. ### **Technical Skills** * Proficiency in **advanced Excel** and generation of **management reports**; * Experience with **integrated HR/ERP systems**; * Knowledge of **accounting applied to payroll**; * Ability to critically analyze **data and calculation inconsistencies**; * Continuous updating on **labor, social security, and tax legislation**. * English will be considered a differentiator; ### **Behavioral Competencies** * Attention to detail and organization; * Ethics and confidentiality in handling sensitive information; * Analytical profile and problem-solving ability; * Clear, concise communication and teamwork; * Proactivity, adaptability, and good time management. ### **Job Details** * **Contract type**: Temporary (6 months) – maternity leave coverage * **Work mode**: 100% on-site * **Schedule**: Monday to Friday – from 07:00 AM to 4:48 PM Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
