**Job Mission:** Acting with focus on material planning, efficient and sustainable transportation, control of material receipt—only what is necessary—complying with legal regulations and compliance standards, warehouse management with inventory accuracy, and line supply in the right order and at the right time. Parts Availability Assurance * Ensure Manufacturing has parts availability according to production planning, at the right time, in the right quantity, and with quality. * Follow up with suppliers to ensure parts receipt according to release or other tool in use. * Act as problem solver with critical suppliers whenever necessary. Logistics Contracts Management * Control contracts with technical and operational focus, ensuring compliance with the Descriptive Memorandum. * Monitor service providers' performance indicators fairly and based on data. * Request application of contractual charges when necessary. * Constantly seek cost optimization and improved performance of service providers. Process Mapping and Analysis * Identify, document, and review logistics flows such as transportation, receiving, storage, supply, picking, shipping, and returns. * Propose improvements based on technical analyses aligned with CMPS principles. Development and Standardization of Procedures * Support operational training and ensure adherence to defined processes and work instructions. * Update procedures according to action plans and new implementations. Performance Indicators (KPIs) Management * Collect, analyze, and report indicators such as lead time, dwell time, productivity, and accuracy. * Propose and monitor corrective and/or preventive actions based on results. Continuous Improvement * Identify optimization opportunities using methodologies such as PDCA, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, A3, among others. * Lead and/or participate in improvement and operational efficiency projects together with Modular Consortium partners, seeking synergy within the Group. Digitalization and Process Automation * Support implementation of systems such as WMS, TMS, and ERP (e.g., SAP). * Use BI tools (Power BI, advanced Excel) for data analysis and visualization. * Identify repetitive and mechanized processes and activities that can be automated, developing RPAs whenever possible. Compliance and Audits * Support internal and external audits. * Ensure compliance with standards, internal policies, regulatory requirements, and respect for Group values.
