Its goal is to promote skill and competency development in the labor market. **Responsibilities:** Deliver training for the Production Line Feeder course (basic, specialized, and behavioral subjects). Perform duties associated with standard Educator routines. Position requires on-site work in Ibicuitinga / CE. Previous experience as a Trainer, Teacher, Facilitator, or Social Educator may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this role. Bachelor's degree required.
