Sales negotiation and post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction **Job Mission** Present available products and services, clarify customer inquiries, and offer solutions meeting their needs—ensuring customer satisfaction and increased sales in an ethical and professional manner, aligned with internal policies and strategies. **Your Daily Responsibilities** * Greet and serve customers with courtesy, ethics, and professionalism, fostering strong customer relationships; * Act as a technical multiplier for the team, disseminate departmental/organizational guidelines, and promote ongoing training and guidance regarding changes in processes and procedures; * Demonstrate vehicles available at the dealership, highlighting their features, advantages, and benefits, and conduct test drives with customers, showcasing vehicle features and functionalities; * Negotiate prices and payment terms to meet customer expectations and maximize sales, in accordance with internal policies and sales strategy; * Be responsible for entering customer and vehicle information into the dealership’s management system, ensuring documentation remains up to date; * Prospect new customers and execute sales actions to achieve company-established targets; * Follow up with customers after the sale, offering post-sales services and ensuring customer satisfaction; Participate in company-provided training and development programs to enhance technical and sales knowledge; * Collaborate with other sales consultants and departments across the company, maintaining a cooperative and productive work environment; * Schedule customer visits as needed; * Highlight existing GM benefits such as Preferred Fleet, Road Service, etc.; **What We Expect From You** * Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of prospecting, customer service, and sales closing techniques. * Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools is a plus.
