




Job Summary: Lead and develop teams, ensure compliance and auditing, manage KPIs, optimize processes, and handle crisis resolution within the logistics area. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic involvement at the interface with multiple departments and crisis management Team Management: Lead, train, and develop Senior and Pleno Analysts, ensuring adherence to shift schedules (6x1\) and maintaining team high performance. Compliance and Audit Assurance: Supervise the integrity of CTRB and CTE issuances, ensuring strict adherence to commercial rules and advance payment policies (Rodopar/SSW) without deviations. KPI Management: Consolidate and analyze SLA, OTIF, pending collection, and incident indicators, reporting results to the Logistics Intelligence Management. Process Improvement (POP/LUP): Identify operational bottlenecks and propose automation or process revisions to enhance departmental operational agility. Crisis and Escalation Management: Serve as the focal point for critical monitoring issues, claims, or major supplier failures (e.g., Buonny/Risk Managers). Strategic Interface: Ensure seamless communication among operations, finance, and drivers, guaranteeing full traceability of the work journey. **Work Schedule: Monday to Friday \- 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.** Requirements:* Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields. (Postgraduate qualification is a plus); * Experience: Solid prior experience in transportation companies, preferably with exposure to collection monitoring and document issuance; * Soft Skills: Resilient leadership, assertive communication, systemic thinking, and ability to make decisions under pressure; * Technical Knowledge: \* Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI (for dashboard management). * Experience with TMS (SSW or Rodopar); * Knowledge of freight audit processes and transportation legislation.
