We are looking for an **Industrial Production Manager \- Fermentation** to join the **Distillery** team in Lagoa da Prata\-MG! **Responsibilities and duties** **WHAT YOUR DAILY WORK WILL BE LIKE:** * Lead the Distillery and Fermentation team in daily processes; * Analyze the production process (laboratory analyses, data analysis, and operational indicators); * Monitor team development; * Supervise and ensure the execution of checklists, maintenance and operation routes; * Monitor preventive equipment maintenance; * Evaluate and test industrial inputs (cost reduction and performance improvement). **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed high school education; * Knowledge of Office Suite; * Technical course or degree in Production Engineering or related fields; * Experience in the Distillery and Fermentation area; * Reside in Lagoa da Prata, Arcos, or Japaraíba. **Additional information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes 3 main stages (there may be others, and you will be informed if you progress): * Registration \- completion of this form and additional data if necessary. * HR interview \- a conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership interview: a more technical conversation to further discuss daily activities and challenges.
