Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for extracting, manipulating, and processing data; conducting performance analyses; developing reports; and providing technical support to internal users. Support in documentation and improvement of data processes **Main responsibilities of this role:** * Extracting, manipulating, and processing raw data from various sources, ensuring suitability for analysis; * Conducting analyses and creating metrics to help monitor business performance (KPIs); * Developing and maintaining interactive reports, dashboards, and BI tools; * Providing technical support to users (internal) regarding the use of dashboards, reports, BI tools, and clarification on metric origins and definitions; * Supporting documentation of processes, data sources, and metric dictionaries; * Proposing improvements to data collection processes and data infrastructure. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in Excel: Intermediate to advanced knowledge; * Analytical thinking and logical reasoning; * Attention to detail; * Strong communication skills and proactivity; * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in technology (preferred); * Knowledge of SQL (preferred); * Knowledge of programming languages (Python) (preferred); * Knowledge of BI tools (preferred); * Understanding of ETL/ELT concepts (preferred); * Experience with Data Warehouses or Data Lakes (preferred).
