We are looking for a professional who will serve as the essential link in customer relationships, covering the entire lifecycle: from the initial contact through active sales and retention. We seek a proactive professional focused on results and excellence in multichannel customer service. * Make outbound calls (cold calls) and send emails to identify and approach new leads and prospects. * Understand contacts' needs and assess whether they match the ideal profile (fit) and have purchase intent (interest) to become customers. * Move qualified leads through the sales funnel, nurturing them with relevant information and scheduling demonstrations. * Conduct remote negotiation and closing processes to achieve individual sales targets. * Maintain up-to-date records of all interactions, calls, emails, and negotiation statuses in the CRM system. * Collaborate closely with Marketing (to receive leads) and External Sales teams (to escalate large opportunities), participating in external activities when necessary. **Prerequisites:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Good interpersonal relationship skills * Experience in sales and meeting targets * Proficiency with systems
