




We are looking for a **communicative, persuasive, and results-driven professional.** The **Telesales** role will be responsible for **handling customer service via phone and WhatsApp**, presenting courses clearly and engagingly, **identifying customer needs**, and guiding the enrollment process. The professional will also be responsible for **lead generation and qualification**, keeping the CRM updated and monitoring the entire sales funnel until closure. We are seeking a dynamic individual with strong communication skills, empathy, and goal orientation, who enjoys challenges and building strategic relationships. Key responsibilities: * Perform **proactive and reactive customer service** via phone, WhatsApp, and other digital channels; * **Present courses** in a consultative manner, identifying each client's profile and needs; * **Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads**, ensuring an efficient and up-to-date sales pipeline; * **Guide the enrollment process**, from initial contact to finalizing the sale; * **Maintain continuous relationships with clients and prospects**, encouraging loyalty and repeat sales; * **Participate in sales initiatives.**
