PROFILE ROLL FORMING MACHINE OPERATOR

**YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR**: * Operating the profile roll forming machine to perform the metal profile shaping process, following technical drawings and product specifications. * Adjusting rolls, guides, speed, and other machine parameters according to profile type, thickness, and material characteristics. * Continuously monitoring the profile roll forming machine operation to ensure fault-free processing within quality standards. * Performing periodic measurements of produced profiles using appropriate instruments, ensuring compliance with tolerances and technical specifications. * Carrying out tool changes, mechanical adjustments, and necessary machine calibrations according to profile model and production demand. * Identifying, recording, and reporting any anomalies in equipment or final products, collaborating with corrective maintenance when required. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * **Availability to work the 2nd shift: 3:38 PM to 1:00 AM;** * Completed high school education (technical course in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or related fields is preferred); * Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications for metal profiles; * Proficiency in using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures; * Basic knowledge of materials used in production (galvanized steel, carbon steel, sheet thicknesses, etc.). **OUR BENEFITS:** * On-site company cafeteria with no employee deduction; * Attendance bonus: BRL 180.00 (potentially increased to BRL 295.00 if you choose union affiliation at BRL 15.90/month); * Health insurance plan: Hap Vida; * Chartered transportation or fuel allowance; * Pharmacy card: Excard worth BRL 300.00 (deducted from payroll upon usage); * Life insurance; * Benefits club: Salary Fits; * Additional benefits including partnerships with universities and technical training institutions; * Partnership with Sesi Club; * Gym benefit: Total Pass.
