BENDING PRESS OPERATOR

**YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR**: * Operating the bending press to perform metal sheet bending processes according to technical drawings and product specifications; * Adjusting machine settings—such as bending angle, pressure, and speed—based on material characteristics and job specifications; * Monitoring the machine during the bending process to ensure defect-free operation within quality parameters; * Conducting periodic measurements and inspections of bent parts using appropriate measuring instruments to verify compliance with quality standards and project specifications; * Performing tool changes and necessary adjustments on the bending press according to operation type and material to be processed; * Identifying and reporting malfunctions or defects in machine operation or produced parts for corrective maintenance. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * **Availability to work the 2nd shift: 3:38 PM to 1:00 AM;** * Completed high school education (preferably with technical courses in mechanics, metallurgy, or related fields); * Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings and manufacturing schematics; * Proficiency in handling measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and protractors; * Understanding of material properties to be processed (ferrous and non-ferrous metals, sheet thickness, etc.). **OUR BENEFITS:** * On-site company cafeteria with no payroll deduction; * Attendance bonus: BRL 180.00 (may increase to BRL 295.00 if you choose union affiliation at BRL 15.90/month); * Health insurance plan: Hap Vida; * Chartered transportation or fuel allowance; * Pharmacy card: Excard worth BRL 300.00 (deducted from payroll upon use); * Life insurance; * Benefits club: Salary Fits; * Additional benefits including partnerships with universities and technical training institutions; * Partnership with Sesi Club; * Gym benefit: Total Pass.
