Job Summary: Responsible for developing, planning, and managing maintenance for mechanical and boiler-related equipment, ensuring asset reliability. Key Highlights: 1. We are seeking a **Senior PPCM Analyst** to join our **Reliability** team in **Lagoa da Prata-MG!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL INCLUDE:** * Developing and updating the master maintenance plan for mechanical equipment (pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, turbines, etc.) and boiler-related equipment (boilers, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, piping, and metallic structures); * Performing weekly and daily work order (WO) planning, defining priorities based on criticality, safety, and production impact; * Analyzing and approving technical work orders, structuring scope, activity sequence, and required resources (labor, materials, tools, and EPCIs); * Managing the maintenance backlog, ensuring its continuous and accurate prioritization; * Performing detailed logging of labor hours (man-hours), consumed materials, and equipment downtime in maintenance management systems (SAP, Totvs, Maximo, or similar); * Monitoring field execution activities, validating entries made by maintenance teams, and implementing adjustments when necessary; * Monitoring and controlling PCM performance indicators such as MTTR, MTBF, availability, plan adherence, and work order delays. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering or related fields; * Intermediate-level Power BI knowledge; * Intermediate/Advanced Excel knowledge; * Experience in data analysis, dashboard creation, and managerial presentations; * Residency in Lagoa da Prata, Arcos, Japaraíba, or willingness to relocate. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes three main stages (additional steps may apply, and you will be informed if you advance): * Application — completion of this form and any additional data, if required. * HR Interview — an introductory conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview — a more technical discussion to further detail day-to-day responsibilities and challenges.
