Job Summary: A Support and Maintenance professional to work on customizations of the TOTVS RM product line, performing maintenance, technical support, and development. Key Highlights: 1. Customer relationship management and negotiation of delivery deadlines **Description** Work in the **Support and Maintenance** department, providing Business Software Outsourcing (BSO) maintenance services for customizations of the TOTVS RM product line. **Responsibilities and Duties** Maintain customizations of the TOTVS RM product line. Provide technical support for customizations of the TOTVS RM product line. Develop and maintain internal automation tools. Ensure version compatibility of customizations developed for the TOTVS RM product line. Develop evolutionary improvements to customizations of the TOTVS RM product line. Handle service requests via our service desk, adhering to agreed service-level timelines and commitments. Remotely access customer systems and communicate with customers via telephone to analyze incidents, problems, and requests. Perform functional and system testing on customizations. Prepare technical documentation and specifications. Conduct customization assessments. Manage customer relationships to negotiate delivery deadlines for service requests. Participate in meetings with customers and internal teams to map scenarios and requirements. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Bachelor's degree completed in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields. Microsoft Development certifications are a plus. Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming. Backend experience and .NET / C# development experience required. Database experience (SQL Server, Oracle) required. Knowledge and experience with Visual Studio Azure (Git and TFVC). Familiarity with REST APIs and Web Services. Knowledge of Angular, jQuery, JavaScript (JS/TypeScript), HTML5, and CSS3. Familiarity with the RM Lib – RM customization development library. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Focused, proactive, and innovative thinker. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage urgent situations. Experience in DevOps environments. Basic knowledge of test automation
