Join us to build the future with creativity and impact! **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Support configuration and maintenance of environments (machines, systems, and access); * Assist in monitoring systems and services, identifying potential failures or instabilities; * Provide initial technical support related to access, permissions, connectivity, and environments; * Support configuration of remote access and tools used by the team; * Assist in analyzing and resolving technical incidents under team supervision; * Support organization and control of infrastructure assets (machines, users, and access); * Document procedures, configurations, and applied solutions; * Support continuous improvement initiatives and departmental best practices; * Gain initial exposure to simple automation and cloud environments. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in technology-related fields (IT, Systems, Networks, Engineering, etc.); * Interest in infrastructure, networks, technical support, and cloud environments; * Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows or Linux); * Basic understanding of networking (IP, DNS, connectivity); * Strong communication and organizational skills; * Willingness to learn and develop technical expertise; * Availability for an internship in hybrid mode in Belo Horizonte. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with remote access tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or similar); * Basic troubleshooting skills (problem diagnosis); * Interest or initial knowledge of cloud technologies; * Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, or similar); * Basic database knowledge (simple SQL queries); * Academic experience, projects, or courses in infrastructure. **What We Offer to Help You Succeed:** * Hybrid work model in Belo Horizonte; * Flexible schedule (30 hours per week); * Birthday day-off with a special iFood benefit! * Meal or food allowance (applicable even during vacations); * Home-office allowance: R$100.00/month; * Home-office setup allowance (to enhance your home workspace); * Reimbursement for English, technology, and related courses; * Araújo Pharmacy Network; * Wellhub; * MetLife Life Insurance; * Psychological support; * Profit-sharing program (PLR); * Extended maternity and paternity leave.
