Semp Energia is recruiting a **Backhoe Operator** to work directly on a photovoltaic power plant (UFV) installation project in the region of Lagoa da Prata – MG. The professional will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the backhoe, performing excavations, soil handling, and supporting infrastructure activities on the construction site, adhering to safety, productivity, and quality standards. **Responsibilities** * Operate backhoe in excavation, loading, and handling of soil and various materials; * Assist in trench digging, terrain leveling, and area compaction according to technical instructions; * Inspect equipment before and after use, ensuring proper operating conditions; * Support basic preventive and corrective maintenance activities of the machine; * Work in compliance with technical, environmental, quality, and occupational safety regulations; * Complete operational records and report anomalies to supervisor or technical responsible. **Requirements** * Completed elementary education; * Proven experience operating backhoe in civil or industrial construction projects; * Updated backhoe operator certification; * Valid driver's license category **"C" or higher**; * Knowledge of safety procedures in heavy machinery operation; * Availability to work **onsite at a mobilized construction site**. **Advantageous Qualifications** * Previous experience in solar energy projects (Distributed Generation); * Basic knowledge of heavy machinery maintenance; * Good communication and proactivity in construction site environment; * Residing nearby or willingness to live in field accommodation. **What we offer** * Structured accommodation during site mobilization; * Meals provided on site (breakfast, lunch, dinner); * Transportation between accommodation and construction site; * Field leave according to company policy; * Safe, collaborative work environment with growth opportunities.
