Job Summary: An IT intern will assist in the installation, assembly, and maintenance of hardware and software, provide Help Desk support, and train users. Key Highlights: 1. Support the installation and maintenance of IT systems and equipment 2. Provide Help Desk support and remote assistance to users 3. Assist in user support and training on IT resources **Responsibilities:** * Assist in the **installation of new applications**, software, and hardware; * Perform **assembly and maintenance of computers and printers**; * Support the **setup of IT infrastructure**; * Provide **Help Desk** support and remote assistance to users; * Identify and suggest **improvements to technical resources** in use; * Assist in **user support and training** on IT resources; * **Classify and forward technical support requests**; * Perform other tasks related to the area as directed by supervisors. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a **Bachelor's program in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields**; * Basic knowledge of **hardware, networks, and operating systems**; * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and willingness to learn; * Preferred: familiarity with remote access tools and user support practices.
