The role involves supporting physical and financial schedules, preparing management reports and KPIs, organizing documentation, monitoring costs, recording meetings, and supporting internal interfaces (engineering, procurement, planning, construction) and clients. The analyst will identify risks, opportunities, and scope changes, ensuring alignment across all departments and contributing to project progress and delivery quality. * Support EPC/Turn Key project management, ensuring adherence to scope and guidelines defined by the Project Coordinator/Manager. * Contribute to the development and updating of **physical and financial schedules**, tracking deadlines, milestones, and deviations. * Prepare and analyze **management reports**, progress curves, performance indicators (KPIs), status reports, and internal controls. * Assist in **cost control**, project budgeting, variance analyses (VxA), and forecasts. * Maintain all **project documentation** organized and up-to-date (contracts, minutes, correspondence, RFIs, RFPs, deliverables, and records). * Support internal interfaces (engineering, procurement, planning, construction, commissioning), ensuring alignment and information flow. * Participate in internal and client meetings, recording **minutes and action plans**, and tracking resolution of pending items. * Assist in identifying **risks, opportunities, and scope changes**, contributing analyses and recommendations. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of project planning and control (WBS, schedules, milestones). * Intermediate/advanced Office suite proficiency, especially Excel and PowerPoint. * Interest in developing expertise in cost, schedule, quality, and risk management. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Project Management is considered a plus. * Basic to intermediate knowledge of project management practices (PMBOK). * Familiarity with planning software (MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar). * Initial experience (1–3 years) in industrial projects, planning, or related areas. * Experience in multidisciplinary projects within oil & gas, energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors. **Additional Information** * Meal/Voucher Allowance; * On-site Restaurant: Available free of charge to employees; * Charter Transportation; * Life Insurance; * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * TotalPass: Benefit focused on physical well-being; * Stock Options: Castor Stock Purchase Program; * Extended Maternity Leave; * Childcare Allowance
