Come and join us. \#sanguelaranja! **About the Role and Mission** You will join our US Banking \& Payments team and directly contribute to Inter’s expansion projects. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Developing and enhancing new features for our Super App, focusing on international expansion, using best practices for iOS (Swift) and/or Android (Kotlin); * Ensuring product performance, security, and reliability by identifying and resolving bottlenecks and bugs in a highly critical environment; * Collaborating with development teams and stakeholders (Product Managers, Designers, etc.) to understand business needs and propose efficient technical solutions; * Participating in code reviews and contributing to continuous improvement of our development processes, raising the quality standard of deliverables; * Actively engaging in discussions about software architecture (Clean Architecture, MVVM, Server\-Driven UI) to build scalable and sustainable solutions; * Supporting applications by monitoring operational health and ensuring the best experience for millions of customers. **What We’re Looking For** **Required:** * Completed undergraduate degree in technology-related fields (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related areas); * Availability to work onsite at one of our offices: BH, SP, Curitiba, or Recife. * 4+ years of experience in mobile development; * Solid experience in native development for **iOS or Android**: **For iOS:** In-depth knowledge of Swift, Apple’s guidelines, and dependency management (e.g., SPM). **For Android:** In-depth knowledge of Kotlin, Google’s guidelines, Jetpack Components, Coroutines, and MVVM. * Experience with robust software architectures such as Clean Architecture; * Experience with CI/CD practices for automated builds and deployments; * Solid knowledge of unit and instrumented tests to ensure code quality; * Proactivity, strong problem-solving ability, and collaborative mindset in agile environments. **Desirable:** * Intermediate English proficiency. * Knowledge or experience with Server\-Driven UI (SDUI); * Prior experience in fintechs, digital banks, or high-scalability products; * Experience developing for both platforms (iOS and Android); **Benefits** * Meal allowance and food voucher * Health and dental insurance * Life insurance * Birthday Day Off * Baby On Board and Nursing Room * Extended parental leave * Childcare/babysitting allowance and/or allowance for children with disabilities * Wellhub and Inter Running Group * CARE4U Space (Belo Horizonte): self-care services at exclusive rates, decompression area, games, and mini-golf course * Benefits within our SuperApp, such as Duo Gourmet * Inter Prime Card * Internal training and development programs **Selection Process Steps** * Resume screening; * Screening call (initial outreach to align expectations regarding the role); * Assessments; * Interview with Talent Team; * Technical test (if required); * Interview with leadership; * Job offer (Offer); **\#VemproInter!!!** At Inter, the future isn’t a distant place.
