Customer service and reception experience highly valued An ophthalmology clinic is seeking a Receptionist in Fortaleza (Aldeota). **Responsibilities:** Provide in-person patient service, including registration and updating patient data in the clinic’s system. Schedule appointments and follow-up visits, organizing the medical schedule according to internal guidelines. Verify referral forms, health insurance plans, and treatment authorizations. Handle and verify eyeglasses and related documents, checking that information and prescriptions are correct. Support reception organization, maintaining a welcoming, orderly environment and providing courteous and efficient service. Previous experience as a Secretary, Telemarketing Representative, Customer Service Assistant, or Clinic Receptionist may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
