




**Main Responsibilities:** * Support in monitoring and closing employee time records; * Perform adjustments and entries in the timekeeping system; * Assist in authorizing benefit payments (transportation allowance, meal allowance, health benefits, etc.); * Provide support for administrative tasks within the department. **Requirements:** * Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic timekeeping systems; * Attention to deadlines and good communication skills; * Previous experience with Payroll Department routines. **Preferred Qualifications** * Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
