Job Summary: Grupo Farmer is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design and develop machinery, manage industrial production and maintenance processes, and coordinate testing of agricultural equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in the design and development of machines and thermodynamic systems. 2. Management and optimization of industrial production and maintenance processes. 3. Coordination of testing and failure analysis on prototypes and equipment. Agricultural equipment supplier is hiring a Mechanical Engineer in Balsas (Fátima Neighborhood). With a focus on sustainability and technology, it aims to optimize rural production and promote countryside development. **What will you do in this role?:** Design and develop machines, thermodynamic systems, structures, and mechanical components using CAD/CAE (Computer-Aided Design/Engineering) software. Manage and optimize industrial production and maintenance processes by applying Lean Manufacturing principles and ensuring operational efficiency and safety. Coordinate and conduct testing and failure analysis on prototypes and equipment, validating performance and compliance with technical standards (ABNT, ISO).
