Project management and mechanical maintenance with emphasis on safety Technical supervision, material take-off for procurement, supervision and inspection of industrial assembly, coordination of third-party companies, measurement of executed services, quality control of assembly, quality control and inspection, ensuring correct equipment installation and industrial assembly in accordance with project specifications, analysis of spare parts requisitions for the industry. **Responsibilities and Duties** Install and assemble mechanical devices and systems, adhering to technical and safety standards. Analyze equipment and installations operating under advanced conditions to identify and repair failures. Perform tasks related to assembly, adjustments, technical support, development, and modification of projects associated with mechanical maintenance. Verify materials and components prior to installation. Assess environmental conditions for machine and equipment installation. Monitor service execution schedules and record completed maintenance activities. Prepare reports for performance tracking, maintain schedule availability and flexibility, among other duties. Carry out all job-related activities in full compliance with the organization’s occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations, and consistently use all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for the position and department.
