Ensure efficient and safe execution of earthmoving, excavation, and soil handling operations through proper operation and control of front-end loaders, thereby supporting construction, infrastructure development, and project maintenance with productivity, quality, and equipment preservation. **Responsibilities and Duties** Operate a front-end loader to remove, transport, and dispose of soil, rubble, sand, stone, and other materials. Perform earthmoving, land grading/leveling, and subgrade preparation for construction projects. Inspect the machine before use: check oil, fuel, coolant, hydraulic pressure, and overall condition. Adjust machine controls according to soil type, slope, and load being handled. Plan on-site operations, considering activity sequence, safety, and efficiency. Report malfunctions or anomalies to supervisors or maintenance teams for technical intervention. Follow safety procedures, company regulations, and applicable heavy machinery operation standards. Maintain the machine and its attachments (bucket, arms, hydraulic cylinders) in good working order. **Requirements and Qualifications** Ability to operate hydraulic controls for bucket, boom, and bucket tilt. Capability to perform pre-operational safety inspections (checking fluid levels, leaks, pressure). Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance (lubrication, filter replacement, cleaning).
