Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing mechanical diagnostics, executing preventive and corrective maintenance, and carrying out repairs on various vehicle systems using an automotive scanner. Maintain organization and proper use of tools Perform **mechanical diagnostics** on engine, transmission, cooling, braking, suspension, steering, and exhaust systems. Carry out **preventive and corrective maintenance**, following technical procedures and workshop quality standards. Perform repairs on brake systems (discs, pads, shoes, cylinders, fluid) and suspension systems (shock absorbers, control arms, bushings, pivots, tie rods). Perform services such as **bushing replacement, clutch replacement, belt replacement, gasket replacement, engine mount replacement, and pump replacement**. Conduct practical tests after repairs to verify proper vehicle operation. Use automotive scanners to **identify electronic/mechanical faults** and propose solutions. Interpret work orders, reports, and technical assessments. Maintain organization of the workstation and **proper use of tools** and equipment. Supervise interns or junior mechanics, providing guidance when necessary.
