Join our team as a **Cost Analyst**! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Guide users on data entry into the agricultural management system; * Monitor and control agricultural operations within the system; * Perform monthly closing of production costs; * Develop reports and operational controls. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Advanced Excel and BI skills; * Knowledge of the Operational Cycle; * Agricultural Performance Indicators (Yield per hectare (bags/ha), Cost per bag produced, Mechanization efficiency); * Basic knowledge of Rural Accounting; * Systemic Process Vision (Process mapping); * Interpersonal Communication (Office x Field). **Additional Information** * Health Insurance (Co-payment); * Life Insurance (Co-payment); * Maternity Basket; * CLT Employment Contract.
