We are looking for a **Testing Analyst (QA)** with a strong quality mindset, analytical thinking, and technical development knowledge—capable of performing both **rigorous manual testing** and **automated testing**, directly contributing to the reliability, stability, and continuous evolution of our systems. Responsibilities: * Plan, design, and execute functional, regression, exploratory, and integration test cases; * Ensure the quality of web applications and APIs by acting preventively from the beginning of development; * Validate business rules, critical workflows, and edge-case scenarios with a high degree of scrutiny and attention to detail; * Reproduce reported bugs, documenting scenarios, evidence, and reproduction steps clearly and objectively; * Develop, maintain, and enhance automated tests for web applications and APIs; * Support defining the automation strategy, prioritizing tests that deliver the greatest value; * Integrate automations into CI/CD pipelines, contributing to safer and more reliable deliveries; * Collaborate on selecting and evolving testing and automation tools; * Work closely with developers, product, and UX teams to ensure full understanding of requirements; * Actively participate in refinement sessions, reviews, and technical discussions, contributing the quality perspective; * Support the development team in preventing defects and continuously improving processes; * Document test plans, automated scenarios, standards, and QA best practices; * Suggest improvements to testing, quality, and development processes; * Act as a quality guardian—questioning, validating, and raising the bar for deliverables. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with automated testing integrated into CI/CD; * Knowledge of Docker and containerized environments; * Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum / Kanban); * Experience with performance and/or security testing; * Prior experience as a developer or a strong technical background.
