And you can be part of this journey! **Responsibilities and Duties** **How You Will Contribute** **** Our **High-Voltage Maintenance** team is responsible for planning and ensuring the execution of inspection plans, anomaly removal, construction projects, and emergency responses at substations and distribution lines operating at 69 kV and 138 kV. To achieve this, we rely on well-defined processes and guiding performance targets—and you can join us as a Field Distribution Technician I. **In this role, you will work at the CEEE Equatorial Group unit in Osório/RS.** **Your responsibilities will include:** * Conducting visual inspections, equipment testing, oil sampling from power transformers, thermographic inspections, and ultrasonic inspections at substations; * Performing preventive maintenance, scheduled corrective maintenance, emergency corrective maintenance, and commissioning activities at substations—including equipment replacement or installation, insulators, relays, and other substation components; * On-site supervision of contractual maintenance services provided by partner companies for substations and distribution lines, live-line crews, vegetation pruning, and substation cleaning; * Supervising outsourced construction services—including assembly, disassembly, construction, and commissioning—at substations and distribution lines; * Managing materials required for ongoing maintenance plans, construction projects, and emergency responses; * Executing emergency activities, operations, and switching maneuvers at substations and distribution lines; * Performing maintenance on gantries, busbars, equipment connections, and other substation components; * Participating in the development of maintenance and construction instructions, procedures, and technical specifications—as well as specifications for machinery and equipment procurement; * Participating in material and equipment inspections when requested; * Liaising with municipal, state, and federal public agencies to obtain authorizations for work on public roads. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Expect From You:** * Completed technical training in Electrotechnology; * Knowledge of power systems; * Driver’s license category B; category C is desirable; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is desirable; **Additional Information** **Why Apply:** Beyond helping build the future and working for Brazil’s first multiservice company, we offer an attractive benefits package designed with you in mind: * Transportation allowance or rotating parking at the workplace; * Meal voucher / food allowance; * Medical and dental assistance; * Childcare allowance; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass); * Life insurance; * Profit-sharing program (variable); * Year-end food allowance; * Corporate University; * GoFluent (language-learning platform); * Our Club (discount club).
